A subtle integration of florals and plant life with abstract collage ephemera creates a graceful landscape feel in this mixed-media painting.  A combination of blues, chartreuse greens, aqua and earthier tones such raw umber and copper have a grounding effect. I finished this piece as Fall approached last year and my garden began fading. This may have influenced this painting.
